Since the 1980s, beginning with its Mass for people living with HIV and AIDS, the parish has welcomed LGBTIQ+ people. Presently, it hosts All Inclusive Ministries. The parish is the main expression of the Canadian Jesuits commitment to LGBTIQ+ persons.
